I just popped in after work. I was feeling pretty tired, but this cozy little spot really helped me unwind. It felt like my own secret hideout, kind of like an azit. The salted caramel fudge slice was amazing and went perfectly with their coffee. Would’ve been even better if there was a place to park my bike, but honestly, I’d still totally recommend this cafe if you’re looking to chill with a good coffee

They are dog friendly and let the dogs inside. Super sweet and accommodating staff who are happy to strike up a chat. The layout is wonderful. This was my second time going, their cabinet food is wonderful but even for the coffee stop we did it’s such a treat.

I stopped by here during my last few days visiting NZ. I was feeling rather hungry and I really fancied something savoury. They were out of their meat sandwiches, but they still whipped one up for me! I also ordered one of their most delicious double shot flat whites, totally yum. I stayed seated in their cozy café while I read one of the books on photography, called FAMILY. Such a beautiful book. The toilet facilities were fine, parking wasn't an issue, just a few minutes walk from the cafe and the customer service was top notch. All in all, a very fine and dandy experience.

I do not say this lightly, it is the best coffee I have had in Cristchurch. Keep it up girls, great service with a smile. Menu is not extensive but enough, all good I had had was great and tasty. All flavors were nailed. Will be back. Thank you

I went here especially as it's dog friendly. I have a rescue dog (Jen). I wanted to see how she would react in a cafe environment. The staff were great. Greeting Jen. Free dog treats and some to buy. Food was great. Loved the relish with my food and my hot chocolate was just that, hot (but not overly). Atmosphere was great and eclectic mix of furniture and customers gave it a good feeling. Thank you very much I will be back with Jen xxxx.

What a find. I really enjoyed the coffee and had a caramel slice. Staff were really friendly and chatted with locals who visited the xafe regularly.

I just love this homely cafe. Dogs are always really warmly welcomed and it's just got this special hideaway vibe to it. The food's as good as the coffee plus, when you don't need caffeine, you can segue to wine for that end-of-the-day chillout.

A lovely little spot. It was pretty quiet at 9.30am on a Sunday, but you know what? It just made the experience all the more cozy. A nice selection of cabinet food (not so much as to be overwhelming!) and a good selection of drinks. I enjoyed the empanada and really enjoyed the chai latte. Also took an incredible looking date scone to go Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. Glad to have visited
